As per the CEV Statutes (Art. 5.17), the General Assembly may, at the proposal of the CEV Board of Administration, award the titles of Honorary President, Honorary Vice-President or Honorary Member to persons having held the respective posts or to anyone who has been of outstanding service to the CEV.
