Miroslaw Przedpelski (POL)

A graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology, Przedpelski was the President of the Polish Volleyball Federation from 2004 to early 2015. Under his tenure, Polish national teams claimed as many as nine medals from international competitions and the country cemented its status as organizer of major events, such as World and European championships. He first joined the CEV Board of Administration in 2005, before becoming a CEV Vice-President for the first time in 2011. A former member of the Presidium of the Polish Olympic Committee, he has held a number of positions at the FIVB as well, including overseeing marketing and TV issues for the International Volleyball Federation.
The President of the CEV Marketing Working Group, after returning to the CEV Board of Administration in late 2016, Przedpelski became a CEV Vice-President for the second time following the 2020 CEV General Assembly and elections. A member of the FIVB Board of Administration since 2006, he has initiated the revolutionary concept of holding Volleyball games at large stadiums, with more than 60,000 fans attending the opening matches of the 2014 World Championship and EuroVolley 2017 at PGE National Stadium in Warsaw. Moreover, under his tenure as President of the Polish Volleyball Federation, he helped with the designing and successful introduction of the video challenge system.
