Michel Everaert (NED)

A former Beach Volleyball player who represented the Netherlands at the 1996 Olympics in Atlanta, thus contesting the very first Olympic Beach Volleyball tournament in history, Everaert is currently working for the Dutch Volleyball Federation (Nevobo) as Director of Sports Development and Events. In this position, he has played a leading role in the development of Beach Volleyball in the Netherlands as well as in the organisation and delivery of many major Volleyball and Beach Volleyball events held in the Netherlands over the course of the last decade.
A member of the CEV Board of Administration since 2015, Everaert was the President of the European Beach Volleyball Commission (EBVC) from 2015 to 2020.
