Eric Adler (DEN)
Vice-President and Treasurer
Adler’s involvement in Volleyball started some three decades ago, first as elite manager and afterwards as chairperson of Holte IF. He first joined the Danish Volleyball Association in 1996 with his main area of responsibility being the national teams, and was at the helm of the organisation as their President from 1998 to 2001, before serving as the chair of Top Volleyball Denmark from 2001 to 2007.
Adler joined the CEV Board of Administration for the first time in 2002; at the 2020 elections held in conjunction with the XLI CEV General Assembly, the delegates ratified his appointment to the CEV BoA by the re-elected President. Adler played a leading role in the organisation and successful delivery of the historic men’s EuroVolley that Denmark co-hosted together with Poland in 2013. A CEV Vice-President and Treasurer since October 2020, Adler is also a member of the Steering Group established between the CEV and their exclusive media partner Infront.
